Client Type: Homeowner

Location: Elizabethtown, PA

Services Provided: Shed floor replacement, paver and block leveling, siding repair

Timeline: 1 Day

The Challenge (Before)

This Elizabethtown homeowner had a handful of issues that were starting to cause headaches.

First, the shed floor had seen better days. Years of use had left it soft, worn, and no longer sturdy enough for safely storing tools, lawn equipment, and seasonal items.

Second, her walkways made of pavers and cement blocks had shifted and settled over time, creating uneven surfaces and tripping hazards.

Third, the flashing of her siding at the very peak of her roof had been blown off in a wind storm and needed reinstalled.

The homeowner wanted all issues fixed to get her property back to its full glory.

Our Approach

Our crew tackled the projects to get her property back in order:

Shed Floor Replacement

Starting with the shed, our team:

  • Removed the old, damaged shed floor

  • Inspected the existing framing to confirm what could stay and what needed attention

  • Installed new, sturdy flooring designed to hold up to regular use and storage

The goal was to give the homeowner a solid, reliable surface again, without needing to replace the entire shed.

Leveling Pavers & Cement Bricks

Once the shed was taken care of, we moved to the walkways. For the pavers and cement blocks, we:

  • Lifted the settled and uneven sections

  • Re-leveled the base beneath them

  • Reset the pavers/bricks so the surface was smooth and even again

This helped restore both safety and curb appeal to high-traffic areas of the property.

Siding Repair

We wrapped up the day fixing the siding by:

  • Climbing to the peak of the roof

  • Examining where the piece blew off to assess any additional damage

  • Reinstalling the flashing

We learned of this issue when we were onsite and were happy to add it to our objectives for the day in order to help the homeowner.

The Results (After)

The homeowner was happy to have all of these projects taken care of in one day. No more worrying about a weak shed floor or catching a toe on uneven bricks. Everything felt more solid, safe, and put-together.

Client Feedback

"I want to let you know that I think you did a great job with the work that you did for me. If you would like me to leave a review for your business, I would be happy to do so. Just let me know how to go about doing that."

Why It Matters

It's easy to put off “smaller” projects like a sagging shed floor or uneven pavers, but they impact safety and how well a property functions day to day. This project is a great example of how a few focused repairs can make a big difference in how a home feels and works.
