The Challenge (Before)

This Manheim homeowner had a beautiful saltwater pool but no deck to enjoy it from. They wanted a space that made getting in and out of the pool easier, added room for relaxing, and could stand up to splashes, wet feet, and the unique needs of a saltwater system.

There wasn’t an old deck to tear out so we were starting from scratch. The fun part? The homeowner had some personal touches and custom ideas they wanted worked in, which meant building something that fit their space and their routines, not just a cookie-cutter design.

We spent time walking the space with the homeowner and talking through how they wanted to use the deck — where they like to sit, how they move around the pool, and what kind of look they had in mind.

Once the plan felt right, we got to work:

• Built a structure that followed the pool’s shape and spacing

• Waterproofed the framing for long-lasting endurance

The Results (After)
